The Fluid Power Distributors Association recently elected Steve Ellis, Behco Inc., Div. of H&P Technologies, Farmington Hills, Mich., president and chairman of the board.

The following officers were also confirmed at the annual meeting: Boyd Barnwell, Triad Technologies LLC, Englewood, Ohio, president-elect; Scott Dickson, TECO Pneumatic Inc., Pleasanton, Calif.,VP finance and treasurer and convention chair; Keith Elphick, The Knotts Co. Inc., Berkeley Heights, N.J., VP membership; and Mike Marthold, Wainbee Ltd., Vancouver, B.C., Canada, immediate past president.

The following directors were elected: Keith Elphick, The Knotts Co.; Randy Hydrick, Flow Dynamics and Automation, Birmingham, Ala.; Jim Kaas, Iowa Fluid Power, Cedar Rapids, Iowa; Jim Lane, Precision Industries, Papillion, Nev.; Bob Summerlin, Motion Industries Inc., Birmingham; Jeff Stuart, Hydra-Power Systems Inc., Portland, Oreg.; and Hal Kemp, Allen-Orton LLC, Norcross, Ga.

Brian Kundinger II., Kundinger Controls, Auburn Hills, Mich., was also elected as Chair of the Young Executive (YES) Advisory Board. John Thornton, GS Hydraulics Inc., New Berlin, Wis., was elected as YES Vice Chair.
