Hydraquip Opens Innovation Campus

Employee-owned Holdings Inc. has a new 98,000‑ft2 campus in Houston that will serve as the headquarters for Hydraquip Inc., and as an expansion of Hydraquip Custom Systems Inc.
Employee-owned Holdings Inc. has a new 98,000‑ft2 campus in Houston that will serve as the headquarters for Hydraquip Inc., and as an expansion of Hydraquip Custom Systems Inc.

The Innovation Campus provides Hydraquip with 83,000-ft2 of space, allowing for additional production capacity and enhanced warehouse technology. The space will include Danfoss proportional valve, Durst pump-drive production centers, custom subassemblies, and customer-specified paint. Hydraquip Hose & Couplings Div. will also have operations here, as a complement to its build center in North Texas.

The other 16,000 ft2 will be an expansion of Hydraquip Custom Solutions Inc., Mechatronics & Valve operations. The HCSI Mechatronics division now has a state-of-the-art climate-controlled lab and additional office space. At this location, HCSI Valve Automation provides valve remote-control (VRC) technology through Emerson Damcos products.
