Brennan Industries Acquires Truflow Hydraulic Components

Brennan Industries, a manufacturer of critical flow components, announced the acquisition of Tribute Inc.’s U.K.-based Truflow Hydraulic Components Ltd.

Brennan Industries, a manufacturer of critical flow components, announced the acquisition of Tribute Inc.’s U.K.-based Truflow Hydraulic Components Ltd. An ISO-certified company established in 1986, Truflow specializes in 37°, BSPP, and NPTF fittings and adapters. It has developed a reputation of being a leading supplier of hydraulic components in Europe.

In business for over 60 years, Brennan supplies customers worldwide with more than 40,000 standard and special hydraulic fittings and adapters in sizes ranging from 1/16 to 3 inches. Brennan products are stocked at full-service distribution centers in Atlanta, Cleveland, Dallas, Houston, Los Angeles, Seattle, Toronto, and Shanghai. 

The partnership will combine Truflow’s workforce and manufacturing and distribution capabilities with Brennan’s expertise in the industry. According to Truflow, it will enable the company to offer an even greater range of products to customers, and it will further establish Brennan’s presence in the U.K.
