HR-Series regenerative air dryers consist of two towers containing a molecular sieve desiccant bed for adsorbing moisture from co
mpressed air. The re-pressurization portion of the dryer cycle allows each desiccant tower to restore the full line pressure before it is switched online. This creates consistent outflow with little pressure fluctuation, resulting in stable air flow. Solid-state timer with memory saves energy. Dryers come in 115, 230 Vac, and 24 Vdc and are rated at –40°F to –100°F dew point with flow capacities of 3 to 50 scfm in 8 sizes to closely match application requirements.
