Integrated cylinder

July 11, 2012
IVAC is a lightweight cylinder actuator featuring integrated valve and magnetically operated switches for complete actuator control. It can be retrofitted or integrated within new systems and, compared to conventional air cylinders, can help reduce energy consumption by up to 50% due to consolidation of parts and significantly reduced tubing.
An integrated 5/2 or 5/3 glandless spool valve provides quicker response times. Physical and air cushioning allows high cycling speeds.

A single M12 connection for power and control, making it suitable for hardwired or fieldbus systems. Separate valves are not required so a smaller control cabinet can be used, and no tubing between the valves and cyl inders. Cylinder bores available in 32 to 100 mm, strokes from 25 to 1000 mm, and IP67 or IP65 protection class.
