Series 503 pneumatic directional control valves with ultra-high flow ratings are designed for automation and piloting applications. They are available in spool-and-sleeve or rubber seal models, and proprietary or ISO versions. They are rated for flows of 1.0 to 1.4 CV and feature 1⁄4 and 3⁄8 in. or 8 and 10 mm port sizes in push-in, NPTF and G Tap styles. They are rated for operating pressures from vacuum to 115 psig and temperatures from –14° to 115°F.

They are designed to complement the benefits of G3 fieldbus electronics. When assembled together, they offer ultra-high flow rates with ease of use, plus fieldbus technology that provides configurability, flexibility, and cost-effective I/O and distribution architecture. They can be used across a wide range of automotive and tire, food and beverage, pharmaceutical, packaging equipment, and general machinery applications
