Dutch Fluid Power Conference Focuses on System Architecture

Sept. 1, 2016
On November 10, students, experts, system designers, and manufacturers alike are invited to attend the Dutch Fluid Power conference in the Film and Congress Center in Ede, the Netherlands.

The biannual Dutch Fluid Power Conference (DFPC) will occur this November 10 with more than ten keynote speakers, from service engineers to astronauts, presenting their approach to hydraulic-system design in parallel and plenary sessions. The event takes place from 9:30 a.m. until 7:00 p.m. in the Film and Congress Center CineMec in Ede, the Netherlands. Attendees will have various opportunities to network with other fluid power professionals and companies over lunch and intermediate sessions.

With a focus on systems architecture, the 7th DFPC will create a collaborative environment for students, experts, system designers, manufacturers, and end-users alike. Attendees can explore the structure, function and behavior of various hydraulic systems during table-top demonstrations by their colleagues, and explore various approaches to designing hydraulic systems from early project phases to final design. Attendees can register to present their company's systems and hydraulic designs on tabletop exhibits in the main hall.

The location is an hour from the Schiphol Airport via car or railway. The cost of attendance is 275 EUR (excluding tax), and includes all access to the conference and a lunch buffet. For more information, visit www.dfpc.nl.
