Pressure switch does triple duty

July 13, 2006
EDS 3000 compact pressure switch, from HYDAC Technology Corp. combines a pressure switch, digital display, and pressure transducer into a single instrument for monitoring and controlling pressure in fluid power systems.
The EDS 3000 compact pressure switch, from HYDAC Technology Corp., Bethlehem, Pa., combines a pressure switch, digital display, and pressure transducer into a single instrument for monitoring and controlling pressure in fluid power systems. The switch has a four-digit display and front that can be repositioned, which eliminates the need for adapters. Standard pressure ranges from vacuum to 9000 psi can be displayed in bar, psi, or mpa. One or two switching outputs with or without analog output are available.
