Scandinavian Fluid Power Conference Coming Right Up

April 22, 2019
As it is every four years, Tampere, Finland is the place to be May 22 to 24 for the International Conference on Fluid Power.

The 16th Scandinavian International Conference on Fluid Power (SICFP19) will take place in Tampere, Finland, May 22 to 24. Tampere University and Linköping University alternate hosting SICFP every two years. This year, the Innovative Hydraulic and Automation Group (IHA) at Tampere University has organized the conference for the ninth time. The supporting host is the Global Fluid Power Society (GFPS).

The conference will explore a range of topics, including off-road vehicle hydraulics, digital and water hydraulics, pneumatics, robotics, IoT, energy efficiency, and the development of new hydraulic components.

SICFP19 will bring delegates together to share ideas and experiences with their colleagues and discuss the latest research in fluid power.
