Fluid Systems Components has agreed to acquire Hydrotech.

Hydrotech Inc., Cincinnati, and Fluid System Components Inc., De Pere, Wis., have entered into an agreement whereby Fluid Systems Components is acquiring Hydrotech. As part of this acquisition, both companies will retain their names.

Hydrotech Engineering Co. began in April 1967, with Pete Jones providing manufacturers with fluid power products, systems, and services. Later that year the company merged with Lou Wetherill’s company, Pathon Sales, to form Hydrotech Inc.
