As part of its new website relaunch, supplier of deceleration and motion controls ACE Controls introduces a new suite of engineering tools that range from industrial shock absorbers and gas springs to vibration-control and safety products.

The site’s biggest feature is its easy-to-use calculation program, which simply requires users to enter basic technical information about their products and requirements. The calculator facilitates product sizing and selection of vibrational controls so that users can find the right shock absorbers, gas springs, or other products for their application. Shock-absorber safety levels can also be calculated by entering the direction of movement, type of application, and technical specifications.

The site also includes a range of other helpful engineering resources like videos and tutorials that demonstrate proper use of ACE products. In addition, the website’s VibroChecker application software enables easy and efficient measurement of vibration and shock. A library of CAD models and product catalogues are also available on the site.

To check out the new website, go to www.acecontrols.com. For more information, call (800) 521-3320.
