IMI acquires sister company for Norgren

Norgren, Littleton, Colo., announced that Analytical Flow Products (AFP) , Thetford Mines, Quebec, has been acquired by IMI PLC, Norgren’s parent company. Founded in 2007, AFP manufactures a wide range of fluid-control products, including a family of specialized diaphragm valves. Norgren officials commented that the acquisition of AFP is complementary with its other businesses, including Norgren Kloehn and Fluid Automation systems, which serve industrial, energy, and life-sciences markets.
