FPDA Elects New Officers at Joint Annual Summit

The Fluid Power Distributors Association announced the addition of eight new board members and officers to its Motion & Control network. The elections were held last month at the annual Joint Industry Summit in Savannah, Ga.
The Fluid Power Distributors Association (FPDA) announced the addition of eight new board members and officers to its Motion & Control network. The elections were held last month at the annual Joint Industry Summit in Savannah, Ga.

Conducted by the FDPA and International Sealing Distribution Association (ISD), the joint convention delivers four days of education, networking, and business-development to members of the associations. This year marks the sixth annual summit.

The following new board members and officers have been elected to the Motion & Control network:

FPDA Officers 2016 ­ 2017:

President ­ Andrea Tysdal, JEM Technical Inc., Orono, Minn.

President Elect ­ Scott Durand, Kraft Fluid Systems Inc., Strongsville, Ohio

Treasurer ­ Keath Ford, Kaman Industrial Technologies Corp., Bloomfield, Conn.

Convention Chair ­ Taryn West, K.R. West Co. Inc., Kaukauna, Wisc.

Young Executives Chair ­ Daniel Starkweather, Alkon Corp, Fremont, Ohio

Member at Large ­ Craig Whited, Hydra-Power Systems Inc., Portland, Ore.
