Paul Cooke Appointed President and CEO of Bosch Rexroth U.S.

Paul Cooke will take over as Regional President Americas, and President and CEO of Bosch Rexroth Corp. U.S., effective July 1, 2015.

Effective July 1, 2015, Paul Cooke (photo, left) will take over as Regional President Americas, and President and CEO of Bosch Rexroth Corporation U.S., global supplier of drive and control technology. Current President Berend Bracht (photo, right) will pass the baton onto Cooke after serving in the position for approximately nine years. “We thank Mr. Bracht for his high level of commitment in the many years of service to Bosch Rexroth. We wish him all the best for the future,” said Dr. Karl Tragl, Chairman of the Executive Board of Bosch Rexroth.

Since joining Bosch Rexroth in 1982, Cooke has served in positions of senior leadership in the United Kingdom and Germany. He will leave his current position as Lohr, Germany Senior Vice President Sales and Industry Sector Management for Machinery and Engineering.

Cooke brings 30 years of experience with industrial technology and general management to the new position. He holds a bachelor’s degree with honors in mechanical engineering from The University of Newcastle, Tyne, England.
