Expansion Cv plugs seal cross-drilled holes in manifolds and castings for pressures to 40,000 psi. Single piece assemblies are available in diameters from 0.093 to 0.875 in. and 3 to 22 mm. Stainless-steel, carbon-steel, aluminum, or titanium models are easy to install with hand and air hammer tools. Plugs rest on a shoulder in the hole created by a counter bore. No threading, deburring, screwing, or adhesive application is required.
