WALklick Quick Fit hydraulic couplings from Walther Prazision with crimp-on hoses save production assembly time and costs by replacing conventional screw connections. They are designed for compact hydraulics, for hose diameters to 1/2 in. (depending on the end connection), and working pressures to 4000 psi. They can be installed without any tools and little space, simply by clicking them on. Shut-off valves prevent leakage during connection process, making it unnecessary to vent the hydraulic system. They are available in brass, along with a through type (non-valved) version.
